RESPONSIBLE SOURCING

Corialis is certifying its products with country and market-specific labels to prove that the raw materials and the products are meeting the highest environmental and social standards.

Many of our products have cradle-to-cradle certifications and all major hubs are in the process of increasing the number of certified products.
  • Label acquired by Aliplast for certain windows and doors series (Max Light, EcoFutural, Star75 and Star90)  and sliding doors (VG 500 and  Infinity)

  • Assessment of sourced raw materials from suppliers based on :

    • Material health (safety for environment and people throughout life-cycle – Not possible for PVC)
    • Material reutilisation (design to eliminate waste as a concept)
    • Renewable energy (reduction of greenhouse gasses in production)
    • Water management
    • Social justice (responsible business and supply chain management)
  • Label acquired by Profils Systèmes
    from the "Organisation professionnelle
    représentative de concepteurs,
    fabricants et installateurs de
    menuiseries aluminium" (SNFA) and
    the "Groupement des Fileurs d'Aluminium" (GFA)

  • Assessment of carbon footprint of the sourcing of aluminium billets and the extrusion process
    • Aluminium billet carbon footpint below 6.7 tCO2e / ton of aluminium
    • Extrusion process below 0.5 tCO2e / ton of aluminium
  • Label acquired by Smart Systems
    in  2016 – Building Research
    Establishment's (BRE) standards

invested in the last decade in more
than 30,000 galvanised steel
containers to supply the profiles
at our customers.

This way we avoid the consumption of
a massive volume of wood and plastic
spiral rap.

Optimise material usage

We provide our customers with
calculation software to optimize
material consumption and
reduce waste

Water management

We have state-of-the art
vertical powder coating lines
with low water consumption
rates in all our hubs with
powder coating facilities.
By utilising best available
technologies, we have significantly
improved our water efficiency.

Powder saving and recuperation

Our coating lines are equiped
with Opti Speeders an innovative
technology which saves and
recuperates coating powder.

Our vertical powder coating lines
capture and reuse 98% of excess
powder on average.

On site recycling parks

Reuse of scrap and waste
from own production process
