ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS
Our Engineered Solutions business supports the service we provide to our Architectural Systems business. We also deliver innovative, tailor-made aluminium products for different end-markets such as transportation, solar panels, tents, ascending systems and constructions. Corialis has earned a strong reputation for meeting the highest quality standards in manufacturing aluminium profiles.
Extrusion
Corialis operates a total of 15 extrusion presses ranging in capacity from 1,400T to 4,400T throughout Europe. With our extrusion presses and advanced machinery, we produce complex aluminium extruded profiles, with narrow tolerances and high finishing.
Corialis operates a total of 8 vertical, 7 horizontal and 2 panel paint lines throughout Europe with a total capacity of 20,000,000 m2. With our powder coating lines, we offer over a 1,000 different colors in RAL and special ranges.
With its 2 anodisation lines in its facilities in Poland and Portugal, Corialis offers a complete range of surface treatments. Anodising is used to provide protective and decorative oxide layers on aluminium, improving corrosion protection and weather resistance.
SURFACE TREATMENT
Most door and window profiles are thermal break insulated to make them more energy efficient and minimise the transfer of heat and cold. Insulating strips are inserted in between the extruded profiles.
INSULATION
The finished profiles are packed in film or paper, wood or cardboard, or in steel containers after consultation with the customer. Taking into account a safe and stable cargo, we guarantee timely delivery to the desired address of our customers. Corialis is continuously searching for the most optimal, safest and environmentally friendly packing solutions.
PACKING
Machining of mill-finished, painted or anodised profiles includes:
- Cutting aluminium profiles to lengths with an exact tolerance, into small pieces, right-angled or cross-angled.
- CNC machining: drilling, punching and milling.
