- Respect for aesthetics and architectural quality
RESPONSIBLE SOURCING

- Label acquired by Aliplast for certain windows and doors series (Max Light, EcoFutural, Star75 and Star90) and sliding doors (VG 500 and Infinity)
- Assessment of sourced raw materials from suppliers based on :
- Material health (safety for environment and people throughout life-cycle – Not possible for PVC)
- Material reutilisation (design to eliminate waste as a concept)
- Renewable energy (reduction of greenhouse gasses in production)
- Water management
- Social justice (responsible business and supply chain management)
- Label acquired by Profils Systèmes
from the "Organisation professionnelle
représentative de concepteurs,
fabricants et installateurs de
menuiseries aluminium" (SNFA) and
the "Groupement des Fileurs d'Aluminium" (GFA) - Assessment of carbon footprint of the sourcing of aluminium billets and the extrusion process
- Aluminium billet carbon footpint below 6.7 tCO2e / ton of aluminium
- Extrusion process below 0.5 tCO2e / ton of aluminium

- Label acquired by Smart Systems
in 2016 – Building Research
Establishment's (BRE) standards - Proves that manufacturers have made
products with responsibly sourced

existing painting lines
New, more energy efficient
painting lines
We selected 4 key ISO's
to be implemented by 2021
in all major hubs : ISO 9001,
14001, 45001 and 5001
Our coating equipments comply
with chrome free regulations
Our entire supply chain process
from ordering over picking
to delivery is paperless
Wherever possible
we try to purchase
products with a lower
environmental impact
Our punch tools are refurbished
to service for new product series,
this saves energy and CO2 emission
compared to producing new ones
Incoming packaging is reused onsite
for material storage.
To avoid waste generation, Corialis
invested in the last decade in more
than 30,000 galvanised steel
containers to supply the profiles
at our customers.
This way we avoid the consumption of
a massive volume of wood and plastic
spiral rap.
We provide our customers with
calculation software to optimize
material consumption and
reduce waste>
We have state-of-the art
vertical powder coating lines
with low water consumption
rates in all our hubs with
powder coating facilities.
By utilising best available
technologies, we have significantly
improved our water efficiency.
Our coating lines are equiped
with Opti Speeders an innovative
technology which saves and
recuperates coating powder.
Our vertical powder coating lines
capture and reuse 98% of excess
powder on average.
Reuse of scrap and waste
from own production process
During research and development
of our new products series we
look to further optimise our
environmental footprint and
increase products lifespan
